The car was always garaged with the exception of one year (about 6 months) when he was building his new home. The car must go through Adesa Auctions in Richmond, BC to process for re-entry back into the USA. The time frame for this is approximately 40 days at the most. Shipping would be calculated from Mt. Vernon, WA where the car will be in quarantine for a period of 30 days (included in the 40 days stated above). Car must be bought without personal inspection do to the CV19 situation however, a commercial inspection I am sure can be acquired for your personal satisfaction.
